All participants in the Junior Jigs & Crappie Gig Fishing Tournament are responsible for obtaining and possessing the correct and current fishing license as required by local regulations. Participants will be asked to provide proof of their fishing license in order to qualify for and accept any winnings from the event. Failure to present a valid fishing license will result in disqualification from receiving prizes. By registering for the tournament, participants acknowledge and accept this requirement.

The Lake Texoma Association (LTA) is not responsible for any cancellations made by fishing guides for the Junior Jigs & Crappie Gig Fishing Tournament. While we strive to provide a seamless experience, the LTA will not be held liable for any issues arising from fishing guide cancellations, including but not limited to, rescheduling, refunds, or any related inconveniences. Participants acknowledge and accept this disclaimer by registering for the tournament.

I hereby grant permission to use any photos, videotape, motion pictures, recordings, or any other record of this event in any way the Lake Texoma Association deems necessary.

In consideration of being allowed to participate in the Junior Jigs and Crappie Gig fishing tournament, I acknowledge and agree that the risk of injury from this event is significant, including the potential for permanent paralysis and death. While particular rules, equipment, and personal discipline may reduce this risk, the risk of injury does exist, and I knowingly and freely assume all such risks, both known and unknown, even if arising from the negligence of the release or others, and assume full responsibility for my participation. I willingly agree to comply with the stated terms and conditions for participation in this event; and I, for myself and on behalf of my heirs, assigns, personal representatives, and next of kin, hereby release, indemnify, and hold harmless the Lake Texoma Association, its officers, agents, and/or employees, sponsoring agents, sponsors, advertisers, and if applicable, the owners or lessors of premises used to conduct this event ("Releases") with respect to any and all injury, disability, death, or loss or damage to person or property, whether arising from the negligence of the release or otherwise, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
